House Rules<\/strong><\/h5>

1. Guests and visitors<\/strong><\/p>

Use of the accommodation is restricted to guests included in the booking. Visitors or additional guests require prior authorisation. The maximum occupancy of each room must be respected.<\/p>

2. Festas e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o comercial<\/strong><\/p>

Parties, events, photo shoots, filming or commercial activities are not permitted without the hosts\u2019 express authorisation.<\/p>

3. Peace and quiet<\/strong><\/p>

Please respect other guest\u2019s and neighbour\u2019s need for rest, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00, in rooms, shared areas and outdoor spaces.<\/p>

4. No smoking and fire prevention<\/strong><\/p>

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including gardens and patios. Using the barbecue, lighting bonfires, fireplaces, candles or incense, or using any open flame or item that produces sparks is not permitted.<\/p>

5. Pets<\/strong><\/p>

Pets are only permitted with the host\u2019s prior authorisation.<\/p>

6. Care of the property<\/strong><\/p>

Please do not move furniture or decorative objects. Avoid eating in the rooms. Do not use towels to remove make-up, clean footwear or carry out cleaning tasks. Report any damage or faults immediately; charges may apply for any damage caused.<\/p>

7. Gardens, outdoor areas and swimming pool<\/strong><\/p>

Please treat plants, trees, furniture and outdoor features with care. The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00 and is not supervised at all times. Children must always be under the direct supervision of an adult. Running, unsafe diving and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.<\/p>

8. Security<\/strong><\/p>

Ao sair, feche portas e janelas. N\u00e3o partilhe chaves ou c\u00f3digos de acesso. N\u00e3o deixe dinheiro, documentos ou objetos de valor sem vigil\u00e2ncia.<\/p>

9. Water and energy<\/strong><\/p>

Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning, and switch off appliances when leaving. Please use water responsibly.<\/p>

10. Cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>

Mantenha os quartos e as zonas comuns em condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza. Contacte-nos sempre que necessite de assist\u00eancia.<\/p>

11. Keys and access<\/strong><\/p>

Keys and other means of access must not be passed on to third parties. Lost or unreturned items may incur replacement charges.<\/p>

12. Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/p>

Please observe the stated check-in and check-out times. Any changes or late check-out are subject to availability and prior authorisation.<\/p>

13. Failure to comply<\/strong><\/p>

Serious or repeated breaches of these rules may result in the early termination of your stay without a refund. The person responsible for the booking is liable for any damage caused by their group.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SAFETY, FIRE AND SWIMMING POOL <\/strong><\/p>

Approved fire safety system<\/strong><\/p>

The fire safety design and installation have been approved by the relevant authorities.<\/p>

Equipment<\/strong><\/p>

Fire extinguishers, the fire blanket and first aid equipment are located in the designated places. Do not obstruct access.<\/p>

In the event of a fire<\/strong><\/p>

Raise the alarm, call 112 and use the nearest safe exit. Do not collect luggage or re-enter the building. Proceed to the designated assembly point. Only attempt to tackle a small fire if it is safe to do so and you know how to use the equipment.<\/p>

Evacuation<\/strong><\/p>

Help children or people with reduced mobility only if you can do so safely. Always follow the instructions of the hosts and emergency services.<\/p>

Swimming pool<\/strong><\/p>

The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00 and is not supervised at all times. Children must always be under the direct supervision of an adult. Do not run, dive unsafely or use glass containers in the pool area.<\/p>

DURING YOUR STAY<\/strong><\/p>

Housekeeping and linen<\/strong><\/p>

Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed every two days or on request. Bed linen is changed every five days or on request.<\/p>

Equipment<\/strong><\/p>

Instructions for the air conditioning, fridge and other appliances are available in your room. Instructions for the coffee machine are located beside it. There are no televisions or shared kitchen appliances available for guest use.<\/p>

Shared areas<\/strong><\/p>

Please use shared areas with care, keeping them quiet and tidy. Service areas and kitchens that are not available to guests are reserved for staff.<\/p>

Honesty Bar<\/strong><\/p>

Please record your room number, the product and the quantity on the sheet beside the bar. The amount will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. Please refer to the price list provided.<\/p>

Nature<\/strong><\/p>

You may occasionally encounter small insects or lizards, which are natural inhabitants of the Algarve countryside. If an unexpected visitor makes you uncomfortable, please contact us.<\/p>

ENVIRONMENT AND LEGAL INFORMATION <\/strong><\/p>

Waste<\/strong><\/p>

Please separate glass, paper\/cardboard, packaging and general waste using the labelled bins provided on the premises.<\/p>

Faro tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>

From 1 March to 31 October: \u20ac2 per person, per night. From 1 November to the last day of February: \u20ac1 per person, per night. The tax applies to guests aged 16 and over, for up to seven consecutive nights. Exemptions set out in the municipal regulations apply upon presentation of supporting documentation.<\/p>

Privacy<\/strong><\/p>
